Simplicity to Complexity

Prompt: Describe the board in different ways (go from the simple to the complex)

Description 1: The board in front of me is white. It is also a rectangle. It is on a white wall. It has a silver tray that holds erasers. It is big.

Description 2: The board in front of me is white with a silver lining around the edges. On the bottom edge there is a tray for the erasers to sit upon. It is very large, thus, it takes up most of the wall's space (i'd say it takes up a ballpark amount of about 60%). Along the top of the board there are fake leaves hung to represent the season and there is a strip of tan colored material. This material is probably used to tack things upon itself so that certain things can be displayed for the class to see.

Description 3: The board in front of me is white with a silver lining around the edges. On the bottom edge there is a tray for the erasers to sit upon. It is very large, thus, it takes up most of the wall's space (i'd say it takes up a ballpark amount of 60%). Along the top of the board there are fake leaves hung to represent the season and there is a strip pf tan colored material. This material appears to be used to tack things upon itself so that certain things can be displayed for the class to see. The board also provides symbolic representation. Many would probably describe it as boring, which it is in its initial appearance. However, it also represents many other things. It represents a new beginning, a "clean slate" if you will. In this sense it represents forgiveness. When a person is given a "clean slate" they are given a new chance for oppurtunity and that there old mistakes, problems, and wrongdoings are forgotten. This leads up to the fact that the board represents God's love. Jesus sacrificed himself for us so that our sins could be cleansed. That is why we as human beings should not fear death. God loves us and Jesus takes care of us. Some people fear judgement day for the fear that their sins will revisit them. However, they forget that Jesus makes us perfect. His presence makes us perfect. If we believe in him and love him the way that we should, then when we see him in heaven he will make us perfect. This is what God's love is. This is what the board can represent if one thinks about it hard enough. It's funny to imagine that such a thing could be derived from something as simple as a blank board, but that's the beauty of nature. It can appear as the simple, but represent the complex.
